The new units containing GSM/GPRS transmitters and receivers make two-way communication possible. Via a web-based interface, important information from the reefer engine is available in real-time. Available is data such as transport temperature, geographical trace report, notifications of alarms or events as well as a status update. Even technical disorder can be solved on remote, leaving Coolboxx less dependent on technical third party engineers in cases of technical failure or breakdown. The continuous flow of information that this system poses is automatically processed into handy management reports. Customers thus have the possibility to address quality complaints in a proactive way.
